1. Private media requires NID card for pilgrims above 18 years of age, birth certificate for those below 18 years of age and birth certificate, work permit or driving license for non-resident Bangladeshi pilgrims living abroad.

2. For private pre-registration, the pilgrim will approach the Hajj agency of his choice approved by the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

3. The Hajj agency will generate the pre-registration fee deposit voucher in the bank by entering the NID information of the pilgrim into the pre-registration system. Pilgrims will complete the pre-registration by depositing the prescribed amount in the bank with the voucher and receive the pre-registration certificate. After completion of pre-registration, pre-registration confirmation SMS will be sent to the mobile of the pilgrim entered in the system. will go

Steps for registration of private media:

1. In case of private media, Hajjatri must have serials within the specified quota.

2. If serial, contact the Hajjatri agency.

3. Passport (must be valid for 6 months from visa) and pre-registration certificate will be required.

4. Pay the agency the cost of the manufactured package as determined by the agency.

5. Registration certificate should be collected from the agency.

Activities after registration of private media:

1. After the registration, the pilgrims will submit their registration certificate along with the passport from the agency.

2. Hajjatri will take health checkup (Influenza and Meningitis) along with vaccine from government approved medical center and collect medical certificate and cholera certificate.

3. On the date fixed by the agency, the Hajj pilgrim will take training at the Islamic Foundation of his district or Dhaka Hajj Office.

4. Collect the passport, ticket and visa from the agency before the flight.

5. Eight hours before the flight, pilgrims will report to Hajj Office, Dhaka for immigration.
